Premier Polo has recently undergone a significant re-structuring and modernisation of its manufacturing facility in the heart of the textile district, for the sole purpose of being able to provide our clients with an exceptional and dedicated service from sampling through to branding, QC and delivery. This has secured our continued success and growth in the promotional industry and enables us to manufacture and supply a diverse range of products in-house at competitive prices and uber-fast lead times.
Our manufacturing unit has undergone rigorous inspections and is run in accordance with current health and safety and human rights regulations. We operate strict quality control procedures at numerous stages throughout the production process, including size, wash/fabric tests and colour fastness. Where required we also use SGS testing services, who are recognised as one of the leading textile testing facilities for tests such as moisture management and wicking when specialised fabrics are used.
With specialised staff dedicated to each stage of production and a well established critical path in place, we can ensure that garments are produced to the highest standard. All orders are manufactured in accordance with Health and Safety and Human rights protocol/regulations and to the exacting standards and wishes of our clients.
We can offer production times as little as 21 days depending on your requirements and minimum orders are flexible based on stock fabrics and colours.
Turkey is in the very unique position to offer a wide range of products and as our clients requirements became more diverse we adapted our facility to incorporate a “sourcing office” to be able to cope with the demand. With low minimums, competitive prices and super fast lead times, we offer bespoke production of various other products, which we find coexist alongside the current range of clothing.
